Superintendent’s Priorities

In an institution as complex as the Naval Academy, there are always more projects and ideas to further the mission of the Academy than there are funds to support.

The Naval Academy Foundation is the sole fundraising organization for the Academy and has developed a comprehensive fundraising program that is closely aligned with the Superintendent’s strategic planning efforts.

The following initiatives represent the highest priorities for private support:

  • Naval Academy Annual Fund and Parents Fund
  • Class of 1963 Center for Academic Excellence
  • Admissions Excellence
  • Fund for Athletic Excellence
  • Bilderback – Moore Navy Lacrosse Hall of Fame
  • Brigade Sports Complex and Rugby Excellence Fund
  • Vice Admiral James B. Stockdale Center for Ethical Leadership
  • Chapel Centennial Fund
  • Columbarium
  • International Programs
  • Max Bishop Baseball Stadium
  • Naval Academy Museum
  • Naval Academy Observatory
